Shipping Carriers: Orders eligible for standard shipping will be delivered by major carriers such as UPS, Canada Post, Kindersley, etc.

SHIPPING OPTIONS
As a default, all items are defaulted to ship through UPS. Select items are available to be ship via Canada Post as an alternative if desired. Large items requiring special freight or handling are delivered through a freight carrier specializing in transporting the product type ordered.

SHIPMENT GUARANTEES
Safetyvestsandmore.ca will be happy to provide a replacement to either lost or damaged shipments that are shipped with UPS. In order to provide a replacement, please contact us to begin the claims process. This can take up to 10 business days to resolve. All goods leaving our warehouses are in new condition and inspected for quality assurance.
If you are asked to sign for something that shows signs of damage, please make notes with the driver / Delivery Person or refuse the package.
SHIPPING ESTIMATES
The shipping costs digitally quoted are based on the size & weight dimensions of the goods ordered. Any costs quoted are accessed directly from the specific freight carrier and include applicable fuel surcharges and handling fees. If you wish to inquire about the cost quoted in your shipping estimate, please feel free to contact us to verify the accuracy of the price quoted.
Shipping estimates provided online do not include extra charges that may be applicable to your delivery destination such as residential surcharges and limited delivery access.
For freight shipments extra service charges can at your request be applied:
- Liftgate requirements (Non-Receiving Dock Locations)
- White-Glove Services (Special Access Delivery)

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We at Safetyvestsandmore.ca will make every effort to ship all orders in a timely fashion.
Orders typically ship within the same business day to 2 Business days from the date the order was placed. Orders placed after business hours, on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Occasionally the item ordered may be out of stock or delayed due to manufacturer processes. In this case, we will work with you to either set a new ship date or select an alternative item that meets your requirements.
Note: There might be some delay in our system for tracking numbers on orders that are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Sometimes the manufacturer does not send this information to the recipient. We aim to ship orders within 1-2 business days. However, there may be instances where delays occur due to manufacturer processes. If you need more assistance, or if you have not received your order within 7-10 business days of the order confirmation, please CONTACT US. Please note some custom orders can take 15-20 business days for completion. We will do our best to locate your order and promptly resolve the issue.
URGENT ORDER SHIPPING METHODS
Safetyvestsandmore.ca fully understands that urgent requirements do come up and it is our goal to ensure that delivery meets your requirements. However, limitations caused by processing times and by carrier scheduled pickup times sometimes prevent us from achieving our goal of shipping our products as requested.
Please note: that ALL NEXT DAY & 2 DAY UPS SHIPPING orders placed after 12:30 pm EST may not be able to be processed and shipped out until the following day. However, we are here to serve you so please call at 1-877-284-7760 with your delivery requirement and we will do our best to explore and provide alternative options to achieve your need for Expedited delivery.
TRACKING & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
UPS is the only option where full shipment progress tracking will be provided.
USPS will only provide a tracking number where the shipment creation delivery confirmation is visible. Our shipping system is automated to provide this information to you as soon as the order ships. Please allow up to twelve (12) business hours for the tracking number to be active with the carrier.
DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY DELIVERY?
UPS shipments may require a signature for delivery. UPS drivers will make up to three (3) delivery attempts before returning the goods to us. In the first attempt, a Delivery Notice will be left at the door which will have a release form on the back. Please read the terms and sign if you would like the package left at the door on the next attempt. Please note that by signing the release you are taking responsibility for the delivery and neither UPS nor Safetyvestsandmore.com can provide a replacement of the goods if they are stolen or damaged. USPS shipping options do not require a signature and are also your responsibility if stolen or damaged.
CANCELLATION DUE TO SHIPPING DISCREPANCY
SVAM retains the authority to cancel an order when a substantial discrepancy arises in cost while shipping the order. Please be aware that shipping rates can undergo changes due to various factors, including fluctuations in fuel prices. In such instances, SVAM will promptly notify the customer of the cancellation and initiate a refund for the order.
